  • Coachella Mix #5

Sorry for a bit of a delay, but I’m back with another addition to the Coachella Mixes. For this one I tried to cover a ton of ground by hoping from genre to genre, without sacrificing the BASSSSSSS us @ BLAP Productions have grown so accustomed to 😀

So here it is, Coachella Mix #5 feat. Justice, the Black Keys, Radiohead, Modeselektor, Mt. Eden, and NOISIA.

Look forward to more posts including artists attending this years Coachella!!!

    Sound Remedy

Sound Remedy is quite the interesting dude from LA. He has created several tunes that range from deep and mysterious, to upbeat and happy. He has recently uploaded a couple of awesome tracks on his soundcloud. If you aren’t familiar with his music, definitely give his older songs a listen too. This guy is capable of successfully remixing songs by artists like Beethoven & Nirvana… he’s got amazing taste! BLAP and Shmidt productions are presenting Sound Remedy at Noble in San Fran on February 24th. GET THERE!! He is also performing at the Trinity Hall Association in SLO March 3rd

Here is one of Sound Remedy’s newer tracks:

    Feed Me

Feed Me an awesome EP puhleeeseee. You may already be familiar with Trapdoor (ft. Hadouken!), but at the beginning of Feb he released the rest of his tracks from the EP Escape From Electric Mountain. He created one song called Relocation that is different from his usual upbeat party style, and it is absolutely incredible. It is his most deep and meaningful track I have heard. Feed Me is playing at the Regency Ballroom in SF on March 16th. Amazing venue, amazing artist… therefore… you best be going!!

    Adventure Club & Helicopter Showdown

Oh yes. Matt RedEye has been doing an awesome job getting some GREAT artists to perform here in Santa Barbara. Coming all the way from Montréal, this duo is about to BLOW Santa Barbara away. Adventure Club has been the talk of the town here in Isla Vista now for a couple weeks, so we are all beyond stoked to finally get the chance to see them live at the Velvet Jones THIS SATURDAY!! Awesomely enough, the homies from da bay area  (Helicopter Showdown) are performing as well.

Adventure Club recently came out with two new tracks, so give em a listen!!!:

Download Foxes Youth (Adventure Club Dubstep Remix)

Download Adventure Club Do I See Color

On all my posts from here on out I’m going to share my current favorite track. Hope you enjoy! PEACE OUT!! Till next time – RAINJAH
